HELPS DISSOLVE STONES: Innovative urinary tract dog food helps dissolve pure struvite stones and helps prevent calcium oxalate stones

BLADDER HEALTH: Lowers the risk of crystal formation using RSS methodology for dog bladder health

S/O INDEX: The exclusive S/O Index creates an environment unfavorable to crystal formation in the bladder to support urinary health

SPECIALIZED KIBBLE: Adapted kibble size for small dogs encourages chewing to help reduce tartar buildup

When your small dog has big urinary issues, easing their discomfort requires special care. But with the help of your veterinarian and Royal Canin, there’s not just hope—there can be a true difference.

This veterinary-exclusive dry dog food was developed to nutritionally support your small dog’s urinary tract and bladder health. It increases the amount of urine your dog produces to help dilute excess minerals that can cause crystals and stones. Low Relative Super Saturation (RSS) methodology is used to help lower ion concentration in urine, which contributes to stone formation. This formula promotes a urinary environment unfavorable to the formation of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals. And for dental health, the adapted kibble size for small dogs encourages chewing to help reduce tartar buildup. Lower urinary tract issues may be a recurring concern for some dogs. Talk to your veterinarian about keeping your dog on this urinary dog food for long-term urinary support. And ask them about the right Royal Canin treats to complement your dog’s diet.

Bye Bye UTI's

My doctor recommended that I get a companion pet due to my medical issues. I adopted Nellie almost two years ago and from the start we discovered that she suffered with urinary tract infections quite frequently. (Being a female myself, I know the pain and discomfort that UTI"s can cause) After three rounds of medication from the vet, we agreed that something more needed to be done. Our options were 1. Run an extensive round of testing that would be very expensive, or 2. Try a prescription dog food that could possibly help decrease her urinary issues. Well, I am proud to say that Royal Canine has been a Heaven sent for Nellie and I. Nellie has not had a UTI since starting her new diet and both she and I are extremely grateful. Thanks Royal Canin, my babygirl is now painfree!

Reason

I feed this to my dog Rambo because he had urinary stones surgically removed. My vet recommended this product to keep that from happening again. He loves it and I feel comfortable giving it to him to keep him healthy. The only thing I don't like is the price. Please send coupons!

Tastes Great!

Our dog developed bladder stones and the food was prescribed "for life". We were concerned he would not enjoy this life style change, but he really enjoys the food. The stones haven't returned and he's been on the prescribed food for almost a year.

My dogs love Royal Canin SO for small dogs!

My three year old Havanese girl was diagnosed with bladder stones and it was recommended that she change her diet to prevent them from forming again. I was worried she wouldn't take to a new food, especially since I have always fed her small kibble. Royal Canin Urinary SO for small breeds is the only prescribed dog food I could find with small kibble for little dogs. I am thrilled to report that she has taken to it very well. She loves the taste and I am happy to have kept her on small sized dog food. And so far no stones! I am very pleased with this product.

Dogs love it

Our dachshund has suffered with urinary issues since she was a puppy. We had her on Science diet Urinary for years, but always had to mix it with something before she would eat it. Changed to Royal Canin and she loves the flavor. Haven't had any issues with stones either!
