HELPS PREVENT STONES: Specialized adult dog food helps dissolve pure struvite stones and helps prevent calcium oxalate stones

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT: Low calorie dog food (11% less than Royal Canin Urinary SO Dry Dog Food) for ideal weight maintenance

BLADDER HEALTH: RSS methodology for dog bladder health helps lower the risk of crystal formation

S/O INDEX: The exclusive S/O Index creates an environment unfavorable to crystal formation in the bladder to help support urinary health

When your dog has urinary issues, easing their discomfort requires special care. But with the help of your veterinarian and Royal Canin, there’s not just hope—there can be a true difference.

This veterinary-exclusive dry dog food was developed to nutritionally support your adult dog’s urinary tract and bladder health. It increases the amount of urine your dog produces to help dilute excess minerals that can cause crystals and stones. Moderate calorie content (11% less than Royal Canin Urinary SO dry dog food) helps them maintain a healthy weight. Relative Super Saturation (RSS) methodology is used to help lower ion concentration in urine, which contributes to stone formation. This formula promotes a urinary environment unfavorable to the formation of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals. Lower urinary tract issues may be a recurring concern for some dogs. Talk to your veterinarian about keeping your dog on this urinary dog food for long-term urinary support. And ask them about the right Royal Canin wet dog food and treats to complement your dog’s diet.

Great Features!

My yellow lab was put on this food a year ago to control the constant Urinary Tract Infections she started getting at age 1. After spending an outrageous amount on surgery, urine samples, vet bills for just about a year, she is doing awesome!!!!!!

5 yrs on so moderate calorie urinary tract!

My cavvie mix has been on this food for over 5 yrs after having a bladder full of stones surgically removed. He has more stones but the other type that diet doesn’t control! No issues, though. Happy pup...likes the food. I recently had to add the canned diet, same formula, to the dry. Really loves it. Just with it wasn’t so expensive. I’d love to win free food!!

Helped my Corgi/French Bulldog mix

I've had my Lola on this food for over a year. Before that I had her on a grain free dog food and she was having several bladder and urinary tract issues. Since switching, she not only loves her food but also no longer has those issues.

Prescription food that Loretta loves!

My dog Loretta had struvite crystals in her urine so her veterinarian prescribed Royal Canin Urinary S/O dry foods. I was worried that Loretta might not eat a prescription food due to past experiences with previous dogs turning up their noses at prescribed dog food. Luckily Loretta loves her Royal Canin food and tries to stick her head in her dog food bin at every meal! Bonus: every urinalysis since we switched to this food has been struvite crystal free!

Feel Lucky!

SO Moderate Calorie has been prescribed by our Vet for Dylan for over five years. Dylan can't wait to be fed. Friends' dogs have been very picky eaters so my wife and I feel very lucky that Dylan loves his food.

My dog loves it!

I started using this food after my dog was diagnosed with bladder stones and scheduled for surgery. After 6 weeks on the food the stones were gone and she did not need the surgery! She has been enjoying this food since that time with no issues.
