HELPS PREVENT STONES: Specialized adult dog food helps dissolve pure struvite stones and helps prevent calcium oxalate stones

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT: Low calorie dog food (11% less than Royal Canin Urinary SO Dry Dog Food) for ideal weight maintenance

BLADDER HEALTH: RSS methodology for dog bladder health helps lower the risk of crystal formation

S/O INDEX: The exclusive S/O Index creates an environment unfavorable to crystal formation in the bladder to help support urinary health

When your dog has urinary issues, easing their discomfort requires special care. But with the help of your veterinarian and Royal Canin, there’s not just hope—there can be a true difference.

This veterinary-exclusive dry dog food was developed to nutritionally support your adult dog’s urinary tract and bladder health. It increases the amount of urine your dog produces to help dilute excess minerals that can cause crystals and stones. Moderate calorie content (11% less than Royal Canin Urinary SO dry dog food) helps them maintain a healthy weight. Relative Super Saturation (RSS) methodology is used to help lower ion concentration in urine, which contributes to stone formation. This formula promotes a urinary environment unfavorable to the formation of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals. Lower urinary tract issues may be a recurring concern for some dogs. Talk to your veterinarian about keeping your dog on this urinary dog food for long-term urinary support. And ask them about the right Royal Canin wet dog food and treats to complement your dog’s diet.

Life Saver

Our dog has been on this prescription food for over a year and a half, and it's been miraculous for her. She has allergies and we have to be very careful about what she eats. She also has urinary problems, which is why she is on this food. She is a rescue, and started having health problems right away. She is only 6 years old, and was only 8 months old when we got her.

Bladder Stones

I have been feeding to my 5 Pomeranians since one had bladder stones and needed to eat it. It was easier to control feeding time using one food. Mine have a tendency to steal food from each other. I was concerned that they would not like the food, but I need not have been concerned, they all eat it readily and quickly.

Great food for my pug!

My pug had a UTI a couple of years ago, and he was prescribed this food. He's been on it since because it is low in calories and prevents urinary crystals. He also hasn't gotten bored of it...granted he's a pug afterall. Great food, great value!

Worked! and he loves it.

A couple of years a go by dog was diagnosed with bladder stones and was put on SO and antibiotics to see if we could avoid surgery. To our complete surprise the stones started to desolve and were gone within a couple of months. My boy has always been a very picky eater so I was thrilled when he all but inhaled the SO He has been on his dry food for almost 3 years and still is eating and enjoying his dinner everynight..

This is heaven sent

My Poor dog was getting UTI's if you looked at her wrong, through MANY visits to the Vet, and MANY vet bills, it was determined that she her urine is PH Neutral, which puts her at higher risk for Stones. After putting her on this food, she hasn't had any problems, it's worth the money to ensure that she's healthy and happy.

Love this!

My dog had severe bladder stones about three years ago. It got to the point where he had to have surgery to remove them. Since then he has been eating the Urinary SO Moderate Calorie and hasn't had another problem with stones.
