HELPS DISSOLVE STONES: Innovative urinary tract cat food helps dissolve pure struvite stones and helps prevent calcium oxalate stones

BLADDER HEALTH: Lowers the risk of crystal formation using RSS methodology for cat bladder health

S/O INDEX: The exclusive S/O Index creates an environment unfavorable to crystal formation in the bladder to support urinary health

HELPS PREVENT STONE REOCCURANCE: Specialized diet, with a reduced level of magnesium, helps prevent struvite stones from reoccurring

When your cat has urinary issues, easing their discomfort requires special care. But with the help of your veterinarian and Royal Canin, there’s not just hope—there can be a true difference.

This veterinary-exclusive dry cat food was developed to nutritionally support your adult cat’s urinary tract and bladder health. It increases the amount of urine your cat produces to help dilute excess minerals that can cause crystals and stones. Relative Super Saturation (RSS) methodology is used to help lower ion concentration in urine, which contributes to stone formation. This formula promotes a urinary environment unfavorable to the formation of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals. And this specialized nutrition, with a reduced level of magnesium, helps dissolve pure struvite stones and prevent struvite stones from forming. Lower urinary tract issues may be a recurring concern for some cats. Talk to your veterinarian about keeping your cat on this urinary cat food for long-term urinary support. And ask them about the right Royal Canin wet cat food and treats to complement your cat’s diet.

One of my cats was on this food for years and it was the only one he loved. Actually everyone loved it and I had to hide it when I was not watching. My Topone was a really finicky eater .. once I found Urinary S/O I stayed with it for a decade and he lived a long healthy life because he was on the right food.

Happy cat!

We have been using this food for six years and it has solved the problem - no more crystals or urinating outside the litter box. We (us and the cat) couldn't be happier!

Great Investment For Health&Well Being of my Cats

My elder cat Bentley needed to have emergency surgery 3-4yrs ago. Since that incident Urinary SO dry cat food was highly recommended from our veterinarian that we have been going to for over 25yrs. Bentley has not had any further issues, & is a proactive measure for the rest of my cats since they are vulnerable to urinary issues. They all (7) eat the lower calorie fat count daily & as a treat a few times a week have the higher fat count. Although more expensive definitely worth the investment for their health, I hope never to have to return to the animal hospital for emergency surgery. The dry food is their primary food source. I have a happy, healthy cat menagerie. Thank you for producing a high quality product that we can trust for our babies.

Cat loves it!

The vet switched us over to this for Bugs due to her having crystal problems. She loves it! I love how the seal keeps it fresh for her.

Saved my cats life

this was recommended by the vet for crystals. I tried other cheaper ones but my cat wont touch the other brands. if it wasn't for this food my cat wouldn't be around. the cost is much less than the vet bills too.

Very Palatable!

My orange floof, Falkor, has severe issues with crystals resulting in $2,000 worth of surgery & hospitalization. But, since my cats insist on playing musical dishes, all 4 of my cats are now on prescription urinary food. I can see a clear preference between Hills c/d and Royal Canin SO dry. Additionally, one of the cats has GI issues, and handles SO far better, with no vomiting. Now my boyfriend's cat has been put on a prescription urinary diet, and SO wet is the only one he will eat as well.

She is still alive at 15

Kitty was put on urinary crystal management food many years ago after sudden development of two kinds of kidney crystals causing painful back ups and back to back UTIs. I honestly thought we would loose her yet that year but she is doing good at age 15.

My cat likes it better than hills

After my cat had several blocked stones removed we switched him to rx to help reduce the chance of new ones developing. He hated hills but loves this one I had no problem getting him switched to this one and I am so greatful.
