only food that works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog has severe ibd. This food I'd the only food out of what feels like a hundred that has kept him from having flair ups. Would not change it for the world.

Excellent for sensitive dogs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was giving my dog this food for about 2 years and decided to change to another kind. I had major dr. bills and an unhappy little dog. I went back to this food and my dog has been healthy and happy for years. Switching back has saved me from vet visits and a happier and healthy 13 year old companion.Lily loves the canned food and begs for more. Thanks!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give this a million stars if I could. He is a rescue and came to us with severe allergies. He was miserable. Our vet prescribed Royal Canin PD dry and canned food. He is now a different dog. The change has been astonishing. Capone, my bully, my husband and I are forever grateful for Royal Canin food. We were even able to reduce his allergy medication substantially and he loves the food!

Happy Dog

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My rescue dog turned out to be allergic to most everything in regular dog food. I went through every dry dog food in the store and all had an allergen as an ingredient. My only option looked like I would have to cook meals for her. Then this product was recommended by a PetSmart store employee. So relieved that she like this.

Helped our dog's Tummy Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we got our puppy, Max, we had him on a natural, grain free food that he tolerated well but when that brand had a recall and we were forced to switch him to a new food without notice he started having digestive issues. They were pretty significant for some time. While he ate 'enough' he was losing weight and experiencing lots of diarrhea and loose/bloody stools. When our vet recommended this Royal Canin food we were a little bummed about the expense but it has REALLY helped Max. He still has some intermittent issues where he skips a meal here or there but he gained weight--his body and his coat are gorgeous--and he only VERY rarely has any loose stools. He is just one of those dogs with a highly sensitive stomach and we don't plan to change his diet now that we have found something that works for him.

Has made a huge difference in my dog

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog, a 95 lb Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Springer Spaniel mix, has had tremendous intestinal issues. He is only 2 years old. It began around 6 months of age. I tried everything, had all kinds of tests done. They thought he had worms, which he did at first. I rescued him from the Humane Society at 9 weeks old. They thought he had Giardia, IBS, he had an ultrasound, all kinds of things. All came back relatively normal, but he still had issues with normal stool. So my vet put him on Royal Canin selected protein, and low and behold his issues resolved. He still is a very picky eater, but this really helped tremendously. Since it did such a great job for my dog, Diamond. I switched all of my other dogs onto Royal Canin products. My 10 year old Goldendoodle eats the 8+ senior food and is doing great on it. I have fallen in love with the Royal Canin product. I also put my cats on Royal Canin. Our pets rely on us to feed them properly. I am a firm believer in a quality food for my pets. My pets are a huge part of my family and they deserve the best. I do not skimp when it comes to feeding my animals. I am also a huge proponent in products made in Canada and the USA. I am very pleased with Royal Canin. It has helped my dog Diamond, a great deal. All of my pets are now on Royal Canin. Thank you for making a great product.
