Dachshunds have short legs and are well-known for their “weiner” shaped body which makes their vertebrae prone to mechanical stresses due to their back structure. This predisposes them to joint diseases, such as intervertebral disc disease (IVDD). DACHSHUND ADULT helps nutritionally support the Dachshund’s bones and joints with an appropriate mineral balance (calcium and phosphorus), glucosamine, chondroitin and omega 3s (EPA and DHA) to supply the building blocks for joint regeneration and help reduce inflammation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dachshund just turned 2, she’s super active and very skinny. She really doesn’t eat very much but this is the perfect portion for her. These are 12 individual meals for her and I really like the convenient packaging. She seems to enjoy the food very much.

It is very healthy and made from real meat and has a lot of nutrients she needs. The pouches are very easy to tear open and squeeze into the bowl so mess free.

The minute the food hits the bowl my dog wolfs this down. It is nice to see her so happy and it also makes me happy that the ingredients are something I feel good about giving her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We always use the Royal Cabin dry Dachsund kibble for our little guy and he loves it so we were excited to try their wet dog food with him. He absolutely goes nuts for this stuff, we mix it in with his hard food twice a day and he gobbles it up every time. His coat is so soft and shiny! We have had no issues with runny stool like other brands of wet foods that we have tried. I will definitely stick to Royal Canin, a brand I know and trust for my furry little guy, worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was good to find a dog food specifically made for my little dachshunds. I have 3 of them and 2 are pretty particular about what they eat. This food has the nutrients that these little guys need and I was surprised that they all seemed to like it. There was no coaxing to get them to eat. It comes in easy to open pouches and is a good amount of food- not too much, and not too little.
