Helps dissolve and prevent pure struvite stones and helps prevent calcium oxalate stones

Lowers the risk of crystal and stone formation using RSS methodology for bladder health

Highly palatable hydrolyzed proteins help to reduce skin and GI reactions that may be a result of food sensitivities to common proteins found in pet food

Supports healthy digestion and reinforces the skin barrier with nutrients to support and maintain healthy skin

Whether this is your dog’s first urinary issue or he has developed food sensitivities and needs ongoing urinary care, your vet recommended Royal Canin Urinary SO + Hydrolyzed Protein for a reason. This veterinary-exclusive dry dog food was developed to nutritionally support your adult dog’s urinary tract and bladder health. It’s designed with Relative SuperSaturation (RSS) methodology to help lower ion concentration in urine, which contributes to stone formation. This formula promotes a urinary environment unfavorable to the formation of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals. It also features highly digestible hydrolyzed protein, which helps reduce the risk of stomach and skin signs in dogs with food sensitivities. Talk to your veterinarian about keeping your dog on this urinary dog food with Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein Treats for long-term urinary tract support.

Brand New and perfect for my Shi-Tzu

Our Vet just changed our Shi-Tzu over to this new combination, she was on the hydrolyzed protein but now as she is getting older, this new food will help her with kidney functions as well.

Good but expensive

My veterinarian put my Collie on this dog food due to allergies and it worked however I have found less expensive brands that do just as well.

Hooray. Finally a dry food our dog can eat!

Our 9 year old Bichon has a long history of food allergies as well as calcium oxylate crystals and stones. He has had bladder surgery twice. Following his last surgery, Max was on a strict diet of canned Royal Canin Urinary SO. I was concerned about how a diet of "wet" food only would affect his teeth, but we had no choice. When our vet told us about Royal Canin's multifunction urinary plus hydrolyzed dog food, we jumped at the chance to try it. So far, no increased allergy problems and he really likes it. I alternate one meal of canned and one meal of dry food daily. Thanks Royal Canin for giving Max a little variety and giving us some peace of mind. P.S. He had his teeth cleaned recently and other than a minimal amount of plaque, his teeth are fine.
