I always get this product for my mature dogs (14+ years). They love it, I'm convinced that it's healthy for them, and we've never experienced any problems with it.

At the suggestion of my vet, I put my dogs, a Cairn Terrier and a Westie, on this food. When looking at the ingredients, I don't see any real meat or veggies and fruits. They seem to be fine, so I'll continue to feed Royal Canin Mature 8+ to them.

I have been feeding my dog Royal Canin Mature since he turned nine years of age. Alex is a poodle mix and I am convinced that this excellent diet combined with exercise and love is a major contribution to his excellent health and good check-ups. My Rat Terrier, Sabrina, was rescued from a puppy mill at age 3 and has never had any other food in the 6 years she has lived with me. She is healthy and strong and her teeth pass inspection every time at her annual check-up. I am so glad my vet recommended Royal Canin on our first visit.

I bought this for my pom Jake he loved it from day one , He had a burst of energy was joy to to him so happy he was 10 years old when he passed on which was not from natural causes .he was accidental poisoned from antifreeze that some one poured on the ground
