HELPS PREVENT STONES: Specialized adult cat food helps dissolve pure struvite stones and helps prevent calcium oxalate stones

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT: Low calorie cat food (10% less calories than Royal Canin Urinary SO Dry Cat Food) for ideal weight maintenance

BLADDER HEALTH: RSS methodology for cat bladder health helps lower the risk of crystal formation

S/O INDEX: The exclusive S/O Index creates an environment unfavorable to crystal formation in the bladder to help support urinary health

When your cat has urinary issues, easing their discomfort requires special care. But with the help of your veterinarian and Royal Canin, there’s not just hope—there can be a true difference.

This veterinary-exclusive dry cat food was developed to nutritionally support your adult cat’s urinary tract and bladder health. It increases the amount of urine your cat produces to help dilute excess minerals that can cause crystals and stones. Moderate calorie content (10% less than Royal Canin Urinary SO dry cat food) helps them maintain a healthy weight. Relative Super Saturation (RSS) methodology is used to help lower ion concentration in urine, which contributes to stone formation. This formula promotes a urinary environment unfavorable to the formation of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals. Lower urinary tract issues may be a recurring concern for some cats. Talk to your veterinarian about keeping your cat on this urinary cat food for long-term urinary support. And ask them about the right Royal Canin wet cat food and treats to complement your cat’s diet.

Wonderful Results

I have been feeding this to my 3 cats for a few years now and can not believe the change in my male cat. I have not had to treat him for a UTI in over 2 years. He was getting them 4 or 5 times a year before. It has been a life saver.

My cat liked it, but it was so costly

My vet recommended my cat use this food following surgery to remove bladder stones. I want to feed my cat what she needs, but the cost is prohibitive! Money is an issue and a small bag of food costs almost $40. I was buying two bags a month. $80 a month may not be a burden to some households, but it is a high burden on my family's expenses. I also tried to turn in two rebates, as offered by Royal Canin, and both got rejected as being turned in too late to qualify. I know that I turned them in before the deadline, but didn't have the time or energy argue with the company.

I love it!

My cats love it! So much in fact that I had to buy a lockable tote to keep it in or they would eat an "immoderate" amount!

My cat loves it

My vet prescribed this diet after my cat experienced a urinary blockage. He loves it, and more than one year later, no blockages have recurred!

Great for Weight Loss & Urinary Health

My cat has had urinary tract issues since she was a year old. The vet put her on Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Feline Urinary SO Moderate Calorie dry cat food at that time and she's had no further problems. She is now 5 years old and has even lost a few pounds (which she needed)

All my 4 cats love this food!

I started out with 1 of my cats on this food since he had several urinary issues which costs me thousands of dollars in emergency room visits. Since he has been on it I have had no issues and now all 4 of my cats love it so much that they are now all on it and never get tired of it.
