HELPS PREVENT STONES: Specialized adult cat food helps dissolve pure struvite stones and helps prevent calcium oxalate stones

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT: Low calorie cat food (10% less calories than Royal Canin Urinary SO Dry Cat Food) for ideal weight maintenance

BLADDER HEALTH: RSS methodology for cat bladder health helps lower the risk of crystal formation

S/O INDEX: The exclusive S/O Index creates an environment unfavorable to crystal formation in the bladder to help support urinary health

When your cat has urinary issues, easing their discomfort requires special care. But with the help of your veterinarian and Royal Canin, there’s not just hope—there can be a true difference.

This veterinary-exclusive dry cat food was developed to nutritionally support your adult cat’s urinary tract and bladder health. It increases the amount of urine your cat produces to help dilute excess minerals that can cause crystals and stones. Moderate calorie content (10% less than Royal Canin Urinary SO dry cat food) helps them maintain a healthy weight. Relative Super Saturation (RSS) methodology is used to help lower ion concentration in urine, which contributes to stone formation. This formula promotes a urinary environment unfavorable to the formation of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals. Lower urinary tract issues may be a recurring concern for some cats. Talk to your veterinarian about keeping your cat on this urinary cat food for long-term urinary support. And ask them about the right Royal Canin wet cat food and treats to complement your cat’s diet.

Kitties love this food

One of my 3 cats had bladder stones almost 2 years ago. After having them surgically removed I was prescribed science diet urinary food. I asked if Royan Canin had a comparable food since I dislike science diet. This is what my babies are now on. They all 3 eat it and love it surprisingly, they used to be real finicky. The one that had bladder stones hasn't had any new issues.

Amazing food!

I’m so happy this food exists!! 3 years ago my cat was rushed to the vet because of a UTI/bladder infection, it was very scary. Ever since then, he has been eating royal canin urinary SO moderate calorie. It’s prevented infection and I’m so thankful!! He thinks it’s pretty tasty too!

Makes great treats

We buy Urinary SO for our cats and give Moderate Calorie for treats. We have 7 cats 3 that are a little overweight, it's very affordable to do it this way and they are still eating SO.

4 Years & a Happy, Healthy Tom Cat!

Four years ago, I started giving my cat Monty this food to help his urinary tract. He loves the food and his health is great. Not 1 urinary tract infection or crystals in his urine. This product along with the Urinary SO wet food has kept my cat healthy & trim as he celebrated his 7th birthday. He is a GREAT addition to my family and thanks to Royal Canin in good health.

No more urinary issues!

My kitty, Fonzie, has been eating this diet for several years since his emergency urinary blockage. He has not had a single episode since he's been on it and he absolutely loves it. Unfortunately he is also overweight so the new moderate calorie formula has prevented him from packing on even more weight while still keeping it's palatability. The bags are bags can be on the pricey side, but his health and happiness is worth it!

The cats love it

My male cat was placed on this food for having multiple bladder infections. It has stopped the bladder infections completely. The only downside to this food is that my other cats prefer this food to their non-prescription food.

recommended by our vet

We switch to this from the low calorie S/O dry food and when my cat was on the low calories diet he was hungry all the time so once we switch to this seems to be a little better.

Keeps my cat healthy!

My cat loves this and I know it helps keep his weight lower and helps with urinary tract infections. He hasn't had one since he started eating this and he's been eating it for years now.
