Stress diet???

My cat deals with idiopathic feline cystitis. Often brought on by stress. Guess what! When I run out of treats, he gets enormously stressed. Perhaps you can advise me as to how to explain to my cat that you've put these on the back burner for the next year. The last time I ran out of these treats I had to take him to the vet. I don't know if I possibly ration what i have left for another year. What on earth were you folks thinking?

Bring back renal support E food and treats!!

Our cat has been diagnosed with renal failure and it’s extremely difficult getting her to eat the prescription food for renal support. BUT she DID like Renal Support E food and she DID like your cat treats. WHY are you putting production on pause until late 2023?? She needs them NOW! She isn’t going to make it til 2023!!

Only Treats my Cat Can Eat

My cat is on a very strict medical diet. These treats have been a life saver. At one point when he stopped eating these treats were the only thing he would eat. Now I give them to him as a reward for eating his food and taking his meds. I've even had to put the bag on the floor when he gets fussy so he knows if he doesn't eat the food he doesn't get the treats. Yes it works. I'm so disappointed that they are effectively discontinuing a product that I and many others rely on. With no warning and they are doing nothing about the price gouging on ebay.

A staple for my cat!

I am extremely disappointed that such a product is being discontinued. My cat has urinary tract problems and only likes Canin food and treats. She’s a Himalayan who will also only let me groom if she gets these particular treats too. There are countless cats with urinary problems and every more so when cats become older and run into more health problems. Please reinstate these products and help your loyal customers and their pets out. Thank you.
Royal Canin response
Thanks for reaching out! The Urinary SO Treats are not being discontinued, they are just on a production pause. In the mean time we recommend using the kibble itself as treats or using some of the canned Urinary SO for treats as well

Will not be coming back for a long time

I spoke with a female representative from the company and in a very professional but rather arrogant way, she informed me that the company was concentrating on more important dietary formulations to their food line and putting this product on the back burner until approximately 2023. ( No typo there). I guess it's a low priority. Too bad. Great little product but I guess it's not important enough to be restocked for the next 17 months.
