La stérilisation entraîne un changement du niveau hormonal causant le ralentissement du métabolisme et une baisse des besoins énergétiques chez le chat. Au même moment, la stérilisation peut causer une hausse de l’appétit. La formule STÉRILISÉ est conçue pour répondre aux besoins nutritionnels d’un chat adulte en santé par le biais d’une teneur modérée en matières grasses et en calories. Son apport complémentaire en L-carnitine (22 mg/kg) aide à brûler les réserves excessives de graisse dans l’organisme.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spayed & Neutered Thin Slices in Gravy made by Royal Canin is quality. The thin slices are in thick gravy, which smells and looks good for a wet cat food. The can is easy open and the perfect serving size for my cat. It is formulated to help your cat maintain a healthy weight by making them feel full (1 yr and older). My maincoon cat has an issue with over eating until he throws up and then eating more. I have to feed him several times a day in small portions instead of having a self feeding dish. When I fed him the spayed and neutered thin slices in gravy he ate half of the can and was full, no throwing up after and I didn't have to feed him as many times as usual with his dry food because he stayed full longer. Switching up his usual dry food to wet every so often gives him a nice change and this is a great canned food for that.

I like that it is is made for the unique nutritional needs of a spayed or neutered cat. It has a complete and balanced wet food formula that gives him the nutrients he needs . I would definitely recommend for the cat that loves gravy .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my cats are neutered and are on the heavy side. I thought this food might help slim them down though it doesn't suggest that on the can. I just know that neutered cats sometimes gain too much.
This food was liked by my cats. I thought it would look more like slices which they like but this seemed more like a pate which isn't their favorite.
I don't think I would buy it again mostly because it seems more like a pate than sliced meat.

My female cat nibbled around the edges of her dish for several minutes before she decided that it was acceptable. She is very picky so for her to even decide she liked it was pretty amazing.
