We have fed our dogs this food for about the last 6 years. Their coats are shiney and they are very healthy. We took our oldest dog in for blood work and the vet assistant said she wished her blood work looked as good as his ..and he is going on 15 years old.

10 Aug 2015ROYAL CANIN SAVED MY WESTIE!
Our Westie, Tyler, was a handful when he was young. When he turned 1 he started licking his paws incessantly to the point where they would bleed. I tried EVERYTHING, took him to 5 or 6 vets and specialists and the only thing that would stop the itching was cortisone shots which are very bad to give your dog on a regular basis because they can get Cushings Disease from the cortisone. When Tyler was about 6 I was in a Petsmart and saw a bag of dog food with a Westie on it and it said on the bag "for skin and coat and sensitive stomachs". I bought some and Tyler loved it. Within ONE month he stopped itching and his coat came back and was so shiny and thick. He also had more energy than ever. Tyler lived to be 12 and I am so thankful I found that bag of Royal Canin!

My dogs love this food! They have always been fussy eaters and will like a good one week and hate it the next. This is the only food they will continue to eat. They also have sensitive stomachs and this food has really helped with vomiting and diarrhea. Royal canin is such a great brand and all of their food is so high quality I will never feed my dogs anything else.

Been feeding this to our 4 little beasts for years now... They absolutely devour it. Less waste, no tummy troubles and feed 1/3 of what they used to eat with other brand. Bright eyes, shiny coats and happy pups.

10 Aug 2015Love It! But, Hard To Find in a Bigger Bag!
I prefer this food for my Shiba Inu, which is just at the top of the weight listing for small pups. She is an indoor girl too, and this causes less waste. But, I can only seem to find it in the small bag, so I often get the regular mini food in the bigger bag, but this one is the preferred choice for me and for Miss Z. She loves it!

I saw that royal canin had breed specific dog food and so I looked for Bichon Frise food. Well, there wasn't any. The closest was food for poodles. Then I saw the Special Mini, and decided to try it because it said it was easy to digest. Well prior to this, my two bichons would only eat BilJac. But when I gave them the special mini, they really dug in and ate every bit. I have now switched to the special mini. They really like it!

We have two Bichons and they are extremely picky and have sensitive tummies too. After trying everything the vet recommended, and every other food we could find, this is the one and only for them. They LOVE it! Nothing else comes close.
